If you've forgotten your pin number go here Prehaps you're low on Credit? and we haven't received your subscription fee, please top-up your phone. If you've unsubscribed you'll need to sign-up again. Alternatively, you can contact customer support

What does 'Remember me' mean?
The Remember me feature simply remembers your login details the next time you visit the site

How can I change my PIN?
To ensure your privacy and security, you can only change your pin when you Sign In to your account. Go to Send SMS, then, Get new PIN to change your PIN

How Many SMS Can I send?
You can send up to 600 SMS per month or 20 SMS per day

Can I save my sent SMS?
Your Sent SMS are automatically saved. When you are Signed-in, select 'View SMS Sent'

Can I save Contacts?
You can Save Contacts when you select 'My Contacts' when you are Signed in

My phone is not listed under Supported Handsets?
The phones we have listed are the ones we know to be compatible with individual Veronicas Moco Mobile games. This does not mean that your phone is incompatible with the games. Veronicas Moco is not responsible for problems that occur while trying games on phones that are not listed in the list. Installing incompatible software can cause damage on your mobile phone.

How do I receive a ringtone, a game, a video, or a colour wallpaper?
Ringtones, games, videos and colour wallpapers cannot be sent via SMS. We will send you a "bookmark" or download link. When you click on this link, the download process for your desired ringtone, game, video or colour wallpaper will begin.

Why can't I download when I click on the bookmark/link?
You received the bookmark/download link and you can`t download in WAP?
WAP might not be set up correctly on your mobile. Please ask your service provider how to adjust your settings correctly on your mobile.

To Unsubscribe from Ireland
Text STOP to 57030 to unsubscribe.
Select "Messages".
Go to "Create Message" and type in "stop".
Send this message to 57030.

To Unsubscribe from the United Kingdom
Text STOP to 66033 to unsubscribe.
Select "Messages".
Go to "Create Message" and type in "stop".
Send this message to 66033.

To Unsubscribe from Australia
Send STOP to 19710197 to unsubscribe.
Select "Messages".
Go to "Create Message" and type in "stop".
Send this message to 19710197.

Note: The termination will become effective at the end of the billing period in which you gave your notice of termination.
